Fire safety drills to strengthen fire safety barriers

    In November 2023, which marked the 32nd National Fire Safety Awareness Month, CTC China organized a fire safety emergency drill on the afternoon of November 20. The objective was to bolster fire safety education, disseminate fire prevention and extinguishing knowledge, and elevate fire safety awareness among employees. The drill aimed to safeguard personal and property safety, as well as enhance the ability to swiftly and effectively respond to fire accidents.

    Through this drill, CTC China sought to heighten employees' awareness of fire safety prevention and enhance their emergency response capabilities. The focus was on strengthening self-rescue and rescue skills in the event of fire emergencies, ultimately ensuring the safety of the company's production operations.

    The production manager emphasized the significance and important purpose of this safety training for everyone, and emphasized the safety precautions that need to be paid attention to in daily production work one by one.

     All employees actively participated and learned fire safety practical skills on site. The production safety management director explained in detail the correct use methods and precautions of various fire extinguishing equipment.

    Through hands-on training in using firefighting equipment on-site, employees at Cornell China have deepened their understanding of fire safety. This practical training has not only improved their ability to escape and self-rescue in case of emergencies but has also laid the groundwork for enhancing the company's overall ability to prevent fires comprehensively.

    In matters of safety, there are no bystanders—every individual bears responsibility. Safety must be prioritized above all else, as it impacts every employee and their families. Each employee is expected to actively participate in safety protocols, promptly identify any issues or shortcomings, enhance their problem-solving skills, and be prepared to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively, without succumbing to panic.

    Safety is an ongoing journey with no final destination. It requires us to continuously sound the alarm and perpetually enhance our safety awareness. By doing so, we can muster the resilience needed to navigate emergencies and safeguard both lives and property.
