CTC·CHINA 2024 Management Cadre Appointment Ceremony

On the morning of January 2, 2024, CTC · CHINA held the appointment ceremony for mid to senior management cadres in 2024, with nearly 100 members of the company's management team and all staff participating in the event.

    The agenda for this meeting will be divided into four parts, presided over by Ms. Zhang Hong, General Manager of CTC · CHINA. The first part will consist of work presentations. The second part will involve the announcement of appointment letters for middle and senior management cadres in 2024. The third part will focus on "The first lesson on post-holiday resumption of work safety." Lastly, in the fourth part, management personnel will sign the "Safety Commitment Letter" and "Management Position Responsibility Letter," with all attendees signing the "Safety Commitment Letter."

Ms. Zhang Hong, General Manager of CTC · CHINA, Comrade Xu Guiyou, Factory Manager, and Comrade Liu Pengbing, Chief Engineer, delivered important speeches, expressing their earnest hopes and requirements from various aspects such as safety, responsibility, team collaboration, production, and quality.

In order to strengthen leadership, clarify responsibilities, adapt to the business strategy of the group company under the new situation, and ensure the smooth completion of the overall goals for 2024,  Zhang Hong, General Manager of CTC · CHINA, announced the appointment notice for middle and senior management personnel issued by the headquarters, and interpreted the appointment situation of leaders at all levels of the company.

The following appointments have been made:

Zhang Hong is appointed as the General Manager of CTC China. She is fully responsible for implementing CTC China's 2024 business goals and overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. This includes ensuring sustainable and healthy development, promoting corporate culture and business philosophy, shaping the corporate image, managing market expansion, mitigating business risks, implementing financial security measures, and optimizing the company's economic performance.

Xu Guiyou is appointed as the Production Plant Manager and Safety Production Director. He is tasked with enforcing various production management regulations, safety protocols, and production orders at CTC China. Xu is responsible for maintaining personal safety, equipment safety, production safety, and material storage safety within the company.

Liu Pengbing is appointed as the Chief Engineer. He will oversee the overall control, quality assurance, progress monitoring, engineering cost control, and technical management of CTC China's project construction. Liu will also spearhead scientific and technological development initiatives, manage technology research and development plans, supervise product quality, ensure project safety, control project costs, and uphold product quality standards at CTC China.

Additionally, the headquarters has appointed a total of 21 middle-level managers, providing a solid foundation for CTC China's operations in 2024.
