Staying in the same boat through storms and responsibilities, CTC China resumes production today

In the face of the ongoing pandemic, CTC has taken proactive measures to prioritize prevention and control. Construction began today to enhance safety measures within the company premises.

With strict regulations in place for entry and exit, including thorough inspections and disinfection procedures, Vice President Ms. Zhang and the leadership team personally oversee these efforts. Colleagues from the HR department diligently register, check, and inquire about anyone entering the company to ensure compliance with pandemic area protocols. It's a sobering realization that while many of us spent the holiday in seclusion, our colleagues continued working tirelessly for both our safety and the company's operations.

After enduring a lengthy process of queuing for disinfection and temperature checks, we finally resumed our familiar routines. Despite the necessary precautions, there's a palpable sense of unity and closeness among us. The pandemic has brought us closer together as we stand united against this common threat.

Throughout the company, reminders and precautions are evident, with disinfection stations and filtration faucets installed at every wash basin. Colleagues donning protective clothing, aptly nicknamed the "virus terminator," patrol the premises, ensuring stringent safety standards are maintained.

Despite the challenges, the sales team admirably continues to secure orders even amidst the pandemic. On the first day back, the sight of trucks awaiting loading is a testament to our collective resilience and determination.

As we return to our daily work and life routines, it's evident that the company's concerted efforts in pandemic management have yielded results. Amongst colleagues, there's an unspoken agreement to redouble our efforts, motivated by the prospect of future success and advancement.
