Safe, health, environment- safety activity month in May

In order to conscientiously implement the policy of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management", promote safety culture, strengthen safety concepts, increase technical support and safety education and training for all employees, and promote the implementation of various work measures for safety production, combined with the company safety production requirements, Qingdao CTC Feed Co., Ltd. launched a safety activity month with the theme of "safety, health and environment" in May.

This month’s activities will be carried out in three stages: safety production self-examination and self-correction activities (first ten days), 5.19 safety activity day, safety knowledge contest and safety month activity summary meeting.

On May 10, the company organized a joint safety inspection by the deputy general office, administration, production, equipment, maintenance, safety, warehousing, quality control and other positions. The 16 safety, technical, and management personnel were divided into 5 groups. All departments conducted a dragnet inspection. The inspection content includes safety training, implementation of responsibility system, equipment, electrical, protection, fire protection, etc. The hidden dangers of safety accidents detected are implemented on-site with rectification measures by responsible persons, and rectification within a time limit is required.

On May 19th, the company launched a forklift operation skill competition (see photo), and selected a forklift operation expert.

On the same day, with the full support of the municipal fire brigade, a squadron leader of the team went to the company to train all employees on the field of professional knowledge on the use of fire-fighting equipment (see photo)

On May 26, the company once again organized a safety knowledge contest and a monthly summary meeting of safety activities. At the meeting, General Manager Zhang Jianhong emphasized that safe production is not a matter of one day or two days. It needs to be implemented every minute. It is hoped that through the activities of this safety month, safety blind spots and hidden safety hazards can be eliminated, and safe production (personal safety , equipment safety) concept is truly implemented in the hearts of every employee. Let CTC become a home that truly cares about the physical and mental health of every employee, and lay a solid foundation for the company's long-term and healthy development.

At the summary meeting, a certificate of safety responsibility was also signed. From the factory manager, department manager to the team leaders, they all signed their signatures carefully, always keeping in mind the safety concept of safety first and prevention first, to escort the development of CTC's business.
