Love is passing- charity fundraising activities

At noon on April 12, Shi Guohui, an employee of the production department of Qingdao factory, sent a text message to the general manager and his family members also sent a "thank you letter" to the company, 92 employees and one retired employee, they gave their heartfelt thanks for the charity fundraiser for Shi Guohui's twin eldest sons. Shi Guohui said: My son's condition has improved, his life is not in danger, and he is developing in a good direction.  Everyone do not have to worry, thank you for your concern for us! After I go to work, I will definitely work hard in my position, do my duty, and make due contributions to the development of the company. May CTC’s career flourish and hope that CTC’s tomorrow will be better.

At the beginning of April, Shi Guohui, an employee of the Production Department, applied for a one-month leave. Upon further inquiry, it was discovered that the reason for his leave was due to his twin sons suffering from acute hematopoietic dysfunction. One of his sons was undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit of Qingdao Shanda Hospital, while the other required constant care due to developmental challenges.

In response to this distressing situation, the CTC Headquarters issued a "Passing on Love - Charity Fundraising Proposal for Shi Tongmeng" to all employees on April 8th. The aim was to rally support and extend assistance to Shi Tongmeng's family during their time of need. The response from the CTC community was overwhelming, with employees, including former finance managers from Australia, voluntarily participating in the charity fundraising activity. Together, they raised a total of 28,000 yuan.

On the morning of April 12th, representatives from various departments of the Qingdao factory, accompanied by leaders from the Laixi Economic Development Zone Management Committee and Longwan Erzhuang Village History Secretary, visited Shi Guohui's wife to present the donation. They expressed heartfelt wishes for Shi Tongmeng's speedy recovery and extended their support to the family during this challenging period.

This act of generosity and compassion, fueled by the unity and solidarity of the CTC community, embodies the caring spirit and selfless dedication that defines the company's culture. It is a testament to the bond between colleagues and reflects the genuine desire to support one another in times of adversity.
