On November 17th, a Nissan training certification instructor delivered a special training session on "Production Planning and Material Control (PMC)" for the CTC·CHINA students. This training focused on the core goal of "improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality", taking into account both customer delivery guarantees and quality experience optimization. Through an immersive mode of "theoretical dissection + case discussion + practical exercise", it aimed to solve the bottlenecks in production operations and provided solid support for CTC·CHINA to achieve its operational goals of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement, stable quality, and punctual delivery" as well as to upgrade its customer service.

Mr. Zhang Jianhong, the president of CTC·CHINA, participated in this training throughout. He engaged in in-depth discussions with the participating managers. Mr. Zhang stated that the production plan and material control are directly related to production efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction, and are the key levers for achieving "internal efficiency improvement and external empowerment". Currently, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and customers' requirements for delivery timeliness and product quality stability are constantly increasing. Only by strengthening the PMC control system can we solve operational bottlenecks and enhance core competitiveness.

This training focuses on the core objectives of "improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality", while also providing customers with more reliable delivery guarantees and quality experiences. It adopts an immersive mode of "theoretical dissection + case discussion + practical exercise", and all participants actively participated and interacted deeply throughout the session. Through the exchange of ideas, they were able to solve the bottlenecks in production and operation, and jointly mastered scientific control methods. This laid a solid foundation for the company to achieve the operational goals of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement, stable quality, and punctual delivery", and also provided strong support for continuously optimizing customer service experiences.

Based on the typical cases shared by the trainees, Teacher Song precisely analyzed the root causes of the problems and pointed out that the disorder in production planning and the disorder in material control were the core issues. These not only affected the internal operational efficiency but also might lead to delayed response to customer demands, which resonated strongly with all the participants.
During the core logic analysis stage, the trainees shared their concerns and exchanged ideas regarding the difficult points of their work. Teacher Song, drawing on his practical industry experience, explained the core logic using simple cases and precise data, focusing on clarifying the "customer-oriented" PMC control system. Subsequently, they engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics such as production plan formulation, material control points, and abnormal handling principles.

Each group focused on directions such as "meeting customer needs, shortening delivery cycles, and reducing quality risks", and worked collaboratively in these areas. They exchanged existing practices, developed optimization plans, and came up with several practical ideas. There was continuous applause from the audience. The trainees actively thought and provided suggestions, which not only deepened their understanding of "PMC as a triple guarantee for efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction", but also demonstrated their high learning enthusiasm and teamwork skills.

This PMC practical training session achieved remarkable results due to the active participation and in-depth interaction of the trainees. From problem identification and joint creation to logical analysis and special topic discussions, everyone consistently focused on the core concept of "internal efficiency improvement and external customer empowerment". Through active communication, they learned from each other's strengths and weaknesses, and reached consensus through intellectual exchanges. They comprehensively mastered scientific control methods. For CTC·CHINA, this not only will promote more precise production planning, more standardized material control, and more efficient departmental collaboration, but also will achieve operational results such as increased production capacity, reduced costs, stable quality, and punctual delivery. These will provide customers with a higher-quality and more reliable service experience, further enhancing customer loyalty and market competitiveness, and providing solid support for the company to continuously lead the industry and serve global customers.
