Mr. Zhang Jianhong, the president of the company, discussed in relation to the company's business development that strategy is not just an empty idea, but rather a development blueprint constructed based on precise market judgments and in-depth analysis of the company's strengths and weaknesses. Its core value lies in guiding the company towards the right direction for progress. At the same time, it must be flexibly adjusted in response to market dynamics and development stages in order to continuously consolidate and enhance our competitiveness.

Anchor the fundamental logic of enterprise development
In the complex and ever-changing market environment, "whether strategy is useful or not" is a perplexity faced by many enterprises. Teacher Liu pointed out that the value of strategy should be evaluated from two dimensions: "enterprise strategic goals" and "market competition level" - a reasonable layout of short-term, medium-term and long-term goals, combined with the advancement from "amateur" to "professional" and then to "career" in competitive capabilities, can make strategy truly become the compass for the development of the enterprise.
The course focuses on the "S-curve model" to reveal the secret of sustained growth for enterprises: All enterprises will encounter the "first curve", from the start-up phase, the growth phase to the maturity phase, and eventually reach the limit point. The essence of enterprise development lies in laying out the "second curve" before reaching the peak of the first curve. A good strategy should be simple, clear, and focused. During the growth phase, enterprises need to focus on breaking through the first curve, while in the mature phase, they should strive to launch the second curve, and precisely position to lay a solid foundation for survival and development.
Winning the sure victory in improving management efficiency
The vitality of a strategy lies in its implementation. Teacher Liu emphasized that enterprises should establish a closed-loop process of "strategic planning - strategic decoding - strategic execution - strategic review": using the long-term overall plan as the blueprint, breaking down the annual business plan, implementing current tasks, and conducting quarterly reviews for iterative improvement, thereby forming a management efficiency-enhancing closed-loop process.
In the process of formulating the annual plan, the basic goals should be "achieving customer value proposition" and "building the core capabilities of the enterprise". The tasks should be decomposed from dimensions such as business, human resources, finance, and digital, and the construction paths for core capabilities such as marketing, products, technology, and operations should be clarified. The key to execution lies in optimizing the organizational structure, reengineering business processes, and promoting the growth of organizational capabilities. By unifying thoughts, enhancing capabilities, and improving management mechanisms, the implementation of strategic planning can be supported and energized, and the "definite victory battle" operation map can be transformed into actual results.
Actions empower the future, strategies lead the new journey.
During the training session, the instructor interacted actively with the participants. Through questions and answers, as well as discussions, they enabled everyone to gain a deeper understanding of the relevant content regarding strategic planning and management for enhancing efficiency.
Finally, Teacher Liu encouraged everyone with the words, "The greatest cost in life is time. The best time to plant a tree is now." He emphasized that the value of strategy ultimately depends on action. This training clarified the logic between strategy and execution for everyone, and also ignited their enthusiasm for practice. In the future, CTC CHINA will deeply embed strategic thinking into its management.
