On the morning of July 9th, a special training session focusing on product quality safety and core production processes was successfully held. All members of Cornell China participated in the training and learned key knowledge such as foreign object control, traceability management, process control, and safety production. This training laid a solid foundation for the company to enhance its refined management level and risk prevention capabilities.

Before the meeting, Mr. Zhang Jianhong, the president, delivered an important speech, clearly stating that "quality is the lifeline of the enterprise" and demanding that all staff deeply understand the significance of quality and safety. He also particularly emphasized the sense of responsibility for all staff to participate and the rigid requirements of standardized process management, laying the "zero tolerance, strong execution" general tone for this training.
On May 14th, during the 21st anniversary celebration of CTC CHINA, the Quality Month was launched. With the core concept of "Caring for Pets, Caring for Products, Caring for the Company", a complete chain quality guarantee mechanism was established. At this time, the Administration Department summarized the achievements of the "Three Caring Quality Activity Month": During the activity month, a large number of high-quality theme articles emerged. After evaluation, 5 outstanding works stood out. Mr. Zhang Jianhong, the president of CTC CHINA, presented awards for the winning works on-site, and the concept of "Three Caring" took root.

This training is an extension of the "Quality Activity Month". The training content closely focuses on the pain points and difficulties in daily production and management. The instructor team explained in a clear and concise manner, systematically covering three core modules: foreign object control: zero tolerance, heavy emphasis on prevention; product identification and traceability: building a transparent supply chain; safety production/fire safety/high-temperature heatstroke prevention: putting life first, safety first.
The lecturer integrated the concepts of "zero tolerance for foreign objects", "full traceability" and "three care" into one, upgrading from "functional satisfaction" to "emotional resonance", actively promoting the implementation of quality improvement suggestions and continuously strengthening the capabilities at the grassroots level.
Foreign object control: Zero tolerance, heavy emphasis on prevention
Teacher Jia Pingping systematically expounded the "zero tolerance" principle and preventive management system for foreign object control. Teacher Jia Pingping emphasized that it is necessary to start from eliminating the source and strictly managing the process, maintaining the highest vigilance against foreign object contamination such as metal, glass, plastic, and hair. The core measures include strictly implementing the "exchange for old" policy for tools, completely banning fragile glass utensils, conducting daily inspections in the hard plastic area, and standardizing the wearing of buttonless work clothes, identification gloves, and full-body hair protection. This requires each employee to become the first line of defense for quality, strictly following the procedures, actively identifying and reporting potential hazards, and jointly building a physical barrier for product safety.
Product identification and traceability: Building a transparent supply chain
Teacher Meng Fancai focused on the value of traceability for supply chain resilience and proposed the goal of establishing an end-to-end information transparency system. Precise traceability capability is the key to achieving problem-solving and ensuring customer trust. The core of its implementation lies in ensuring the real-time, accuracy and seamless sharing of data at all stages. Employees need to clearly and completely record key production information (such as raw material batches, process parameters), ensuring a complete and traceable data chain, providing a solid foundation for quality attribution and continuous improvement.
Work safety / fire prevention / heatstroke prevention: Life comes first, safety comes first.
Safety Director Song Guohua reaffirmed the "life first" principle, systematically analyzing the key points for preventing high-temperature and fire risks. He clearly outlined precautions for high-temperature operations and emphasized the need to provide heat protection supplies; in terms of fire management, it was required to strengthen inspections of power distribution rooms and warehouses, as well as control over areas with flammable materials. All staff must always keep safety at the forefront of their minds, translate the regulations into a conscious action, master emergency skills, and truly safeguard their own and the team's safety.
This training is not only about the dissemination of knowledge, but also a concentrated manifestation of the company's strengthening of quality and safety awareness and improvement of risk prevention capabilities. Quality is the lifeline of the enterprise, and safety is the guarantee line for development. CTC CHINA takes this training as a new starting point, deeply embedding the "three care" commitment in their hearts and putting it into practice, jointly building a solid defense line for the company's quality and safety!
