On June 11th, the unveiling ceremony of Anhui Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Xiaoxian County, Anhui Province. As a core enterprise directly under CTC·CHINA and affiliated to Canadian OSLAR ENTERPRISES INC., Anhui Jiarui officially settled in Xiaoxian County. This ceremony not only signifies the further improvement of CTC's global agricultural industry layout, but also marks an important step for Xiaoxian County's characteristic agriculture to connect with the international market.
On the day of the event, Wang Wei, the deputy county head of Xiaoxian County, Ouyang Ning, the director of the Agriculture Bureau of Xiaoxian County, the heads of relevant functional departments of the county government, representatives of the Rural Revitalization Group, as well as the heads of various township governments, representatives of village collective economic organizations and agricultural professional cooperatives, all attended the event.
Wang Wei, the deputy county head of Xiaoxian, and Ouyang Ning, the director of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau of Xiaoxian, delivered speeches respectively. The two leaders stated that the industries of sweet potatoes, potatoes, and carrots in Xiaoxian have a solid foundation and prominent resource advantages, and are one of the important industries of local characteristic agriculture. Currently, the industry development is in an important stage of improving quality and efficiency, transforming and upgrading, and urgently needs to further enhance the industry competitiveness through standardization construction, brand building, and market expansion.
The implementation of the CTC·CHINA Xiaoxian project has brought new opportunities for the high-quality development of the industries of sweet potatoes, potatoes, and carrots in Xiaoxian. The county committee and the county government will continue to optimize the business environment, strengthen policy support and service guarantees, fully support project construction and enterprise development, and promote characteristic agriculture towards large-scale, standardized, and internationalized directions.
The chairman of Anhui Agrislink, Zhang Jianhong, stated in his speech that the official establishment of Anhui Agrislink in Xiaoxian is not only an important opportunity for the company's development but also depends on the long-term care and support from the Xiaoxian County Committee, County Government, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Rural Revitalization Group, and various partners. For this, Mr. Zhang, on behalf of the company, expressed sincere gratitude to all levels of leaders and partners, and was full of confidence in future cooperation and development.
Mr. Zhang stated that Anhui Agrislink is jointly created by CTC·CHINA, Xiaoxian Township Investment, and Zhongjiang Greenway. Relying on the group's over 30 years of agricultural industry operation experience and international market resources covering North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, it has formed an industrial system of coordinated development in planting, processing, and trade.
At present, Anhui Agrislink has completed customs export registration and has the qualification for direct export of agricultural products. In the future, it will continue to promote market access in North America and Europe, and further improve the global market layout. The company will take Xiaoxian as the core base and establish a standardized management system covering the entire process of planting, harvesting, processing, storage, and traceability, to comprehensively improve product quality and industrial competitiveness, and help Xiaoxian's characteristic agriculture achieve higher-quality development.

During the unveiling ceremony, a strategic cooperation signing event for agricultural projects was also held simultaneously. The general manager of Zhong Yuan Shen Hai and Ma Junfei, the executive director of Anhui Agrislink, represented the enterprises and signed cooperation agreements with the heads of several agricultural professional cooperatives on the spot. They officially established a long-term and stable cooperative relationship and jointly promoted the construction of regional for pet raw materials such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, and carrots.
In the future, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as the construction of standardized planting systems， agricultural technical services， quality management system construction， product traceability system construction， and the extension of the industrial chain.
